本文設(shè)計了一種運用SCIT算法提取雷達(dá)拼圖中對流云特征量的方法：用SCIT算法識別并追蹤云體，算法中只用一個反射率閾值識別對流單體、云體邊界；使用模糊邏輯法區(qū)分層狀云和對流云，提取對流云雷達(dá)特征量。使用該方法提取了2013-2015年江淮地區(qū)夏季對流云的雷達(dá)特征量，并對雷達(dá)特征量與降水量分布的關(guān)系進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果表明：江淮地區(qū)夏季對流云中生命史為13~30 min的對流云比較多，約占總數(shù)的60%；生命史大于30 min的對流云較少，并具有平均回波強度、VIL、冷層厚度較大的特征，其最大回波強度和VIL與降水量的相關(guān)性較好。

Abstract:

A method of extracting convective cloud features from radar mosaic by using SCIT algorithm was designed. In the algorithm, only one reflectivity threshold was used to identify the convective cell and cloud boundary, and the fuzzy logic method was used to extract the radar features of convective clouds. This method was used to extract the radar characteristics of summer convective clouds over the Jianghuai region from 2013 to 2015, and to analyze statistically the relationship between radar characteristics and precipitation distribution. Results show that there are more convective clouds with a life history of 13-30 min in summer over Jianghuai region, accounting for 60% of the total,and the convective clouds with life history more than 30 minutes are less, which have the characteristics of average echo intensity, VIL and cold layer thickness. Moreover, the maximum echo intensity and VIL have good correlation with precipitation.
