摘要:

熱帶云團(tuán)是臺(tái)風(fēng)生成的前兆，雖然一些研究將近20 a來(lái)臺(tái)風(fēng)不活躍與大尺度環(huán)境場(chǎng)相聯(lián)系，但是還沒(méi)有人分析臺(tái)風(fēng)不活躍期熱帶云團(tuán)的活動(dòng)特點(diǎn)。本文利用目前僅有的1989-2009年全球熱帶云團(tuán)資料，分析了西北太平洋熱帶云團(tuán)近20 a的變化特征。1998年以后西北太平洋臺(tái)風(fēng)生成減少主要發(fā)生在7-10月，集中在南海（13～23°N，110～120°E）和西北太平洋臺(tái)風(fēng)活動(dòng)區(qū)域的東部（13～23°N，145～170°E）。熱帶云團(tuán)除1月外各月都有增加的趨勢(shì)，特別是與臺(tái)風(fēng)生成顯著減少區(qū)域相聯(lián)系的熱帶云團(tuán)活動(dòng)具有顯著的增加趨勢(shì)。通過(guò)對(duì)NCEP/NCAR再分析資料分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，1998年后熱帶云團(tuán)活動(dòng)增加與環(huán)境風(fēng)垂直切變?cè)黾佑嘘P(guān)，而增強(qiáng)的垂直切變不利于臺(tái)風(fēng)生成。

Abstract:

In this paper, the activity features of tropical cloud clusters in typhoon inactive periods were analyzed. By using the data of global tropical cloud clusters during 1989-2009, the variation features of tropical cloud clusters over the western North Pacific in recent 20 years were studied. The downward trend of typhoon genesis mainly occurred in July-October after 1998 over South China Sea(13-23°N, 110-120°E) and the eastern part of northwestern Pacific (13-23°N, 145-170°E). The tropical cloud cluster shows an increasing trend in each individual month except January. Especially the activities of the tropical cloud clusters over the regions where typhoon significantly decreases have a remarkable increasing trend. Analysis with NCEP/NACR reanalysis dataset shows that the increase of tropical cloud cluster activities after 1998 can be correlated obviously with the stronger vertical wind shear which is disadvantageous to the generation of typhoon.
