利用常規(guī)氣象資料以及FY-2E氣象衛(wèi)星云圖、多普勒天氣雷達(dá)資料和NCEP 每6h一次的1°×1°格點(diǎn)資料,采用天氣學(xué)診斷分析的方法,對2010年8月7—8日出現(xiàn)在甘肅省舟曲縣的一次局地突發(fā)性致泥石流暴雨進(jìn)行了診斷分析。結(jié)果表明:此次暴雨是在高空短波槽、東風(fēng)倒槽、低渦切變線、副熱帶高壓和地面冷空氣的共同作用下發(fā)生的。對流云團(tuán)發(fā)展生成MCS是暴雨發(fā)生的直接原因。對流云降水回波的發(fā)展和增強(qiáng)與降水強(qiáng)度的變化有很好的對應(yīng)關(guān)系。來自孟加拉灣和東海的暖濕空氣是此次暴雨的主要水汽來源。中低層輻合,高層輻散的配置和垂直渦度的顯著增大,為本次暴雨的發(fā)生提供了必要的動力條件。暴雨中心位于700 hPa等假相當(dāng)位溫線密集帶的西南側(cè)邊緣,暴雨是伴隨著對流有效位能和大量不穩(wěn)定能量的有效釋放而發(fā)生的。傾斜渦度的活躍發(fā)展,條件性對稱不穩(wěn)定機(jī)制的形成可能是導(dǎo)致此次暴雨發(fā)生的主要觸發(fā)機(jī)制。

Abstract:

Diagnostic analysis was performed on a local and abrupt rainstorm causing debris flow disaster in Zhouqu county of Gansu province during 7-8 August 2010 by using the conventional meteorological data,infrared nephogram from FY-2E stationary meteorological satellite,Doppler weather radar data and NCEP data of 1°×1° with 6 h intervals. The results indicated that the heavy rainfall happened because of many conditions working together, including short-wave trough at high altitudes, easterly reverse trough, low vortex with shear line, the subtropical anticyclone and the ground cool air. The immediate cause of heavy rainfall occurrence was mesoscale convective system (MCS) that developed from convective cloud cluster. Development and strengthening of radar echo of convective cloud precipitation correlated well with tendency of precipitation intensity.The moisture mainly moved from the Bay of Bengal and East China Sea. The dynamic conditions were provided by the significant increase of vertical relative vorticiy and the configuration of the convergence at the middle-low level and divergence at the upper level. The center of heavy rainfall was located in southweat part of the dense isoline of potential pseudo-equivalent temperature(θ_se) at 700 hPa. The heavy rainfall was followed by the release of convective available potential energy (E_CAP) and some other instability energy. The forming of the conditional symmetric instability (CSI) mechanism and active development of slantwise vorticity may be the important triggering mechanism of heavy rainfall.
